Potato Chipper

1. Simple and easy cutting owing to the large base and long lever arm.
2. to change the blade, open the potato chipper fully,
   remove the blade, and fit the new blade.
3.  then withdraw the ejector and insert a new ejector to match the color of the blade
4. when placed on the end, it occupies little cupboard space.
